Do I need prior experience to try go-karting?
Not at all! Our track is beginner-friendly and built for all skill levels. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, we’ll get you up to speed—literally.
Is there an age or height requirement?
Yes, safety comes first at Turbo Track. To ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all riders:
• Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 8 years old.
• Minimum Height: Drivers should be 4 feet (120 cm) tall.
These requirements ensure the driver can fully control the kart. We also have different kart types for juniors, teens, and adults.

Do I need to bring any equipment?
Just bring yourself! We provide helmets and all safety gear. Closed-toe shoes are not mandatory, but flip-flops or sandals are not allowed on the track.
How long is a race session?
Each karting session at Turbo Track lasts 7 minutes on track (excluding briefing time). You can book back-to-back sessions or choose special packages for longer races or group events.
Can I book in advance?
Currently, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Average wait time is 10–15 minutes but may vary on weekends or holidays. For groups or special occasions, arriving early is recommended.
Is it safe?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We have trained track marshals, professional equipment, and strict safety protocols for every session.
Can we race in groups?
Yes! You can race with friends, family, or colleagues. We also offer group bookings for birthdays, corporate events, and parties.

What is the difference between L1, L2 and L3 at Turbo Track?
At Turbo Track, we offer three karting levels to suit different experience levels and comfort with speed. Level 1 (Beginner Ride) is ideal for first-timers and kids — karts reach up to 75 km/h and include a seat belt for added confidence. Level 2 (Performance Ride) steps it up to 95 km/h without a seat belt, giving adults a more authentic racing feel. Level 3 (Pro Racing) is our fastest experience at 120 km/h, designed for racing enthusiasts who want to push their limits on the full 800-metre circuit. Not sure which level to pick? Start with L1 — you can always move up.
How do I reach Turbo Track from Delhi, Cyber City, or Golf Course Road?
Turbo Track is located in Sector 58, Gurugram — easily reachable from all major NCR points. From Cyber City (DLF Cyber Hub), it's approximately a 20–25 minute drive via NH-48. From Golf Course Road, head towards Sohna Road and take the Sector 58 turn — approximately 15–20 minutes. From Delhi (Mahipal Road / Dhaula Kuan), take NH-48 towards Gurgaon and follow signs towards Sohna Road / Sector 58 — approximately 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. Can I cancel or reschedule my go-karting booking at Turbo Track?
Sessions at Turbo Track are non-refundable once booked. However, if you need to reschedule, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 92666 88435 at least [X hours] in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you for a different slot. Walk-in bookings are always welcome — no advance booking required for individual sessions.
What should I wear for go karting at Turbo Track?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing — avoid loose tops, scarves, or anything that could get caught in the kart. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory; sandals, heels, and flip-flops are not permitted on the track. Jeans or track pants work perfectly. Turbo Track provides helmets and all necessary safety gear for every session, so there's nothing extra you need to bring — just show up ready to race.
